Can I return the product I bought from Ladiva-official.com?
You can request an exchange or refund for the product you purchased within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the product from the courier.
How do I make an exchange or return?

The product to be exchanged or returned, along with its accessories and original packaging, must be undamaged and unused. Products that are used, worn, or washed will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify its compliance with our return conditions.
If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 2-10 days.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to your address.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you receive this email, it indicates that a refund has been issued to your bank account.
For which products can I not request a refund?
Personalized products with specific names or letters.
Evening dresses and fur products.
Products damaged due to misuse.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed after canceling my order?
For money order payments, refunds are processed within 5 business days. For credit card payments, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the bank. The refund procedure is regulated by the banks and not by Ladiva-official.com. For installment payments, the refund will be credited to your credit card account each month by your bank.
How can I exchange a product?
You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging, for exchange. Notify us via email or phone at +90 552 789 90 90 and return the product to the following address using Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge for the first shipment:

Can I use the same discount code on my account after returning a product?
Discount codes are typically for single use unless otherwise specified by Ladiva-official.com. The code used on the returned product cannot be used for any other purchase.
If I return a product, is the discount code/campaign still valid for my remaining items?
If the product(s) you decide to keep after the return meet the campaign conditions, the discount code will remain valid. If not, the discount code/campaign will be canceled, and the difference in price will be deducted from the refund amount.
What should I do if the product I received has a manufacturing defect?
If you receive a defective product, please return it to us with a description of the issue. Our quality control department will assess the problem, and if necessary, a replacement product will be sent to you as soon as possible.
